Kuzu zangpo,I'd like to let everyone know about a Bhutanese CONMAN,working at RNR-RC,Yusipang.He's an ungrateful, cunning and immoral man. When he was studying in Bkk.,Thailand and just came back to Bhutan on March 22,2008.He promised a Thai lady he would come to do Master degree in Bkk.but after he knew he is not eligible for Master degree he suddenly cut off relationship with this lady. When she asked him several times what she did bad things why to break up with her.He couldn't answer what she asked.Even though he had said to her that..."i love you equal to my wife, deki wangmo, and want to keep both of you and i can come to see you in Bkk twice a year.I'm looking for business opportunity in Bkk so that i can come more than twice a year" That's what he said to thai lady.
Now as soon as he knew this Thai lady become useless and meaningless for him he emailed to inform her that he want to cut off realationship with above stupid reason. He said to her that he still have saving a/c in Ayudhya Bank located in KU (Kasetsart University) and want to keep his a/c status in available so asked her to deposit money for him until he come to Bkk he would return all. Since he has been back she deposited money for him 3 months @Baht500.- untill now it's Bt.1,500.- and everytime when this lady requested him to send her ATM card so that she can draw money which belongs to her.He said he would send as he didn't want to get her money but he was asked for 3 times,Thai lady hasnt' received his ATM card at all. The more she called him the more this conman wanted to make her hurtful more and more. WHY???? First,he said i've a new g/f,she's Bhutanese g/f and i don't love you anymore...then the second time later he said to her that i've a new g/f who is more beautiful than you and she's very jealous doesn't allow me to talk to you. But she didn't believe of what he said because last week he just chat with her that "Oh karma dem..after august i would be abit busy and my office would have completed internet connection so i could get more time to chat with you" Moreover,he said to her that he had to do masturbation once a week as he couldn't stand with his high sexual lust. He's the worst man i've seen before. He lied her that he seperated with his wife staying in Bhutan but not officailly divorce with three kids staying with him at the govt. quarter nearby his office. She found the truth later his wife came to visit him at Bkk before flied to USA working there. Thai lady was able to accept his marital status as she never want to make rift to the others's family and she knew what her status is.She always respect to this Bhutanese man and his wife but she had said to Kencho after getting to know each other that...please do not lie,we should be open mind and sincere each other.
When he was in Bkk. this Thai lady always helped him.For instance...the computer pc he wanted to have for his kids she assisted him to buy a second hand pc..flat screen, hard drive along with CD rom cost only Bt.2,500.- If he had bought by himself how he could have had this computer pc at this cheap price in good condition. Not only her took care him but her family and her friends also. She and her family took and invited him to have dinner at the expensive restaurant....seafood...delicious and luxury food. What ever and wherever he wanted to get and go,she usually helped and took him everything he wanted. She made a measure 2 trousers and one suite for him. He wore this dress on the day he went back to Bhutan along with his g/f,pitiful Thai lady went to see him off there. The above are only some examples she committed to this such bad man. We couldn't describe his bad innate action all through this field.

Now you've known why we call him A CONMAN who has no spirit,no humanity and really immoral. Once i thought Bhutan is the Peaceful Land having a kind and humble King we saw when he came to visit Thailand in 2006 but why this Bhutanese man,Kencho Dukpa,is ungrateful man. It's only four months since he has been back to Bhutan March 22-July 15. He cut off relationship to this Thai lady regardless her feeling and how much she hurt.
I really don't understand why he returned her favour in bad ways. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. I think this immoral man is creating problem leading to BAD REPUTATION TO THE KINGDOM OF BHUTAN. For this reason why we need to write his story on this site. Anyway,i'm a Thai people believe that all Bhutanese are different like saying...A full box of apples, there's some rotten apples but not same all. I hope that and would like everyone who read this story to tell your friend or whom you love and worried to be careful with this such man and one day when my friend, who was cheated by this immoral man, recover from her suffering. I would ask her to this site and let her to release her affliction, to tell all of you how much she hurt and committed by this guy,Kencho Dukpa, working at RNRrc Yusipang where was inaugurated on 3 August.
His ungrateful performance it is called..he is biting the hands that feeds him. Actually,i want to show his picture here but wait...STAY TUNED!

In the 1950s, in the wake of Eisenhower’s “Atoms for Peace” plan, Pakistan obtained a 125 megawatt heavy-water reactor from Canada. After India’s first atomic test in May 1974, Pakistan immediately sought to catch up by attempting to purchase a reprocessing plant from France. After France declined due to U.S. resistance, Pakistan began to assemble a uranium enrichment plant via materials from the black market and technology smuggled through A.Q. Khan. In 1976 and 1977, two amendments to the Foreign Assistance Act were passed, prohibiting American aid to countries pursuing either reprocessing or enrichment capabilities for nuclear weapons programs.

These two, the Symington and Glenn Amendments, were passed in response to Pakistan’s efforts to achieve nuclear weapons capability; but to little avail. Washington’s cool relations with Islamabad soon improved. During the Reagan administration, the US turned a blind eye to Pakistan’s nuclear weapon’s program. In return for Pakistan’s cooperation and assistance in the mujahideen’s war against Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, the Reagan administration awarded Pakistan with the third largest economic and military aid package after Israel and Egypt. Despite the Pressler Amendment, which made US aid contingent upon the Reagan administration’s annual confirmation that Pakistan was not pursuing nuclear weapons capability, Reagan’s “laissez-faire” approach to Pakistan’s nuclear program seriously aided the proliferation issues that we face today.

Not only did Pakistan continue to develop its own nuclear weapons program, but A.Q. Khan was instrumental in proliferating nuclear technology to other countries as well. Further, Pakistan’s progress toward nuclear capability led to India’s return to its own pursuit of nuclear weapons, an endeavor it had given up after its initial test in 1974. In 1998, both countries had tested nuclear weapons. A uranium-based nuclear device in Pakistan; and a plutonium-based device in India
Over the years of America's on again off again support of Pakistan, Musharraf continues to be skeptical of his American allies. In 2002 he is reported to have told a British official that his “great concern is that one day the United States is going to desert me. They always desert their friends.” Musharraf was referring to Viet Nam, Lebanon, Somalia ... etc., etc., etc.,

Taking the war to Pakistan is perhaps the most foolish thing America can do. Obama is not the first to suggest it, and we already have sufficient evidence of the potentially negative repercussions of such an action. On January 13, 2006, the United States launched a missile strike on the village of Damadola, Pakistan. Rather than kill the targeted Ayman al-Zawahiri, al-Qaeda’s deputy leader, the strike instead slaughtered 17 locals. This only served to further weaken the Musharraf government and further destabilize the entire area. In a nuclear state like Pakistan, this was not only unfortunate, it was outright stupid. Pakistan has 160 million Arabs (better than half of the population of the entire Arab world). Pakistan also has the support of China and a nuclear arsenal.

I predict that America’s military action in the Middle East will enter the canons of history alongside Hiroshima, Nagasaki and the Holocaust, in kind if not in degree. The Bush administration’s war on terror marks the age in which America has again crossed a line that many argue should never be crossed. Call it preemption, preventive war, the war on terror, or whatever you like; there is a sense that we have again unleashed a force that, like a boom-a-rang, at some point has to come back to us. The Bush administration argues that American military intervention in the Middle East is purely in self-defense. Others argue that it is pure aggression. The consensus is equally as torn over its impact on international terrorism. Is America truly deterring future terrorists with its actions? Or is it, in fact, aiding the recruitment of more terrorists?

The last thing the United States should do at this point and time is to violate yet another state’s sovereignty.
