The condom has found some novel ways to misuse
2 July, 2009 - Bhutanese women have found a novel use for condoms.
They believe that male condom lubricants have cosmetic benefits, and can also be used as a softener for thread while weaving.
Karma Dem, who runs Karma medical store in Changangkha, Thimphu, said women come to her shop to buy flavoured condoms. Each packet of condoms, containing three pieces, for instance Moods, cost Nu 20. [read more]
