29 June, 2007 - A study by a lecturer of the Paro College of Education has found that a majority of Bhutanese schoolteachers suffered from low morale and motivation. Of the 51 teachers, with teaching experience between three to 35 years, lecturer Rinchen Dorji interviewed for the study, only three participants expressed being positive and happy as a teacher. The rest expressed frustration, dissatisfaction and low morale and motivation.
